Bugs By Age
Losing sight of an issue can occur when duplicate issues are opened, but not closed properly or the person assigned to a bug leaves, but no one picks up the bug before departure and with the departing employees account disabled the bug isn’t tracked. The Bugs By Age function is designed to help you avoid losing track of issues that might rise up to bite you later. After all, if they weren’t important, they wouldn’t be an issue! Whether you close them or reassign them, don’t simply lose track of them!
