Bugs By Age
Losing sight of an issue can occur when duplicate issues are opened, but not closed properly or the person assigned to a bug leaves, but no one picks up the bug before departure and with the departing employees account disabled the bug isn’t tracked. The Bugs By Age function is designed to help you avoid losing track of issues that might rise up to bite you later. After all, if they weren’t important, they wouldn’t be an issue! Whether you close them or reassign them, don’t simply lose track of them!
Bugs By Age – Printer Friendly Option
Each report has a ‘Printer friendly’ option. This causes the report to be redrawn without the page navigation and header information. To return to the navigation menus, you must use the browser’s back button.
Bugs By Priority
It’s never fun to work hard, feel good about yourself, and then find out that what you’re working on is not considered to be the top priority. Don’t let this happen to you! Stay focused on your priorities with the Bugs By Priority report.
Bugs By Resolution
Often times, it’s necessary to retrace your steps or go back to an issue which has been resolved for reference. The Bugs By Resolution can help you quickly locate bugs which may otherwise not show up in portlets or reports because the status is excluded.
Bugs By Severity
For some, the severity of a bug is more important than the priority. The Bugs By Severity report will help you focus on the most severe bugs while not losing focus on the priorities.
To quickly see all bugs which are currently assigned to yourself, choose the My Bugs report.
